All About Layers and Shorter Hems
Many brides are going for dresses with Tiered Skirts. Any material from tulle, chiffon and organza will be a hot wedding trend in 2010. This style is perfect for the soft and romantic bride. While some brides like the longer hems, some like to show off a little leg. You will see more brides embracing the tea length dresses, which will be the cutest wedding dresses and the perfect party dress for the reception. The shorter hem-lines were pretty popular in 2009 and this look is rolling right into 2010.

With color that is. Adding a hint of color to weddings was a hit in 2009 and that trend is headed into the New Year. In 2010 some brides will be bolder with their color scheme and you will see more color in weddings than ever before. Brides may add color to their basic wedding gowns by using colorful sashes or by wearing a bold color shoe. It adds the POP factor to weddings.

Many brides will not only add a splash of color but they will want to be draped in an airy fabric. Brides will break away from the heavy wedding dress material and go with a lighter fabric. Organza and Taffeta are the two most popular airy fabrics and
are perfect for your outdoor wedding. Finally, many brides will opt to go with a sleeker silhouette type of dress. My all time favorite is the trumpet dress. This dress gives you a slimmer look and makes you feel wonderful!
